Recently, Egyptian Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouli inspected the ultra-high complex project in the new city of Alamein in Egypt.

 

Prime Minister Madbury and his delegation climbed to the 66th floor of the T01 landmark tower of the project to inspect the progress of the project on the spot, listened to a detailed report on the project’s construction situation, fully affirmed the current performance achievements of the project, expressed gratitude to the China State Construction team for their professional capabilities and hard work in the project construction, and required all participating parties to deepen cooperation with the China State Construction team. Accelerate the progress of mechanical and electrical installation and interior decoration to ensure that the key node targets are completed on schedule. Prime Minister Madbouli also praised the lake island area designed and constructed by the China State Construction Engineering Corporation team, expressing his approval of its overall effect. At the same time, he conveyed President Sisi’s concern over the progress of the ongoing project in the new city of Alamein, emphasizing that this area is a strategic starting point for the development of Egypt’s northwest coast and is of great significance for promoting regional economic development.

The new city of Alamein is located on the Mediterranean coast in northern Egypt. It is an important strategic city in the Egyptian government’s “Vision 2030” plan. In the future, it will serve as the “Summer Capital” of Egypt and become a center of the northern coast integrating culture, services and tourism. The Alaman New Town Super High-rise Complex Project is the starting point and center of the construction of Alaman New Town, covering an area of 1.1 million square meters, including 4 super high-rise residential buildings and 1 landmark tower.

 

Among them, the T01 landmark tower has a height of approximately 300 meters and a total construction area of about 402,600 square meters. The building integrates multiple functions such as apartments, offices, commercial Spaces, and sightseeing. Once completed, it will become the tallest all-reinforced concrete super high-rise residential building in Africa and rank among the top ten tallest residential buildings in the world. Global Stone participated in the construction of the Alaman New Town project, supplying over 200,000 square meters of stone. It joined hands with China State Construction Engineering Corporation to build a classic project along the Belt and Road Initiative, “creating miracles in the desert”.

 

Egyptian Housing Minister Sharif Sherbini, relevant responsible persons of the Alaman New City Ultra-High Complex project and the Lake Island project, representatives of NUCA owners, and representatives of DAR supervision company accompanied and participated in the event.
